UNIQUE TECHNOLOGY IN OUR CONNECTORS
Our connectors are made from aluminum or titanium. In order to reduce the processing time and set-up costs, RO-RA has developed special processing methods.
On our state-of-the-art machining centers these components are machined by means of 5-axis process to meet the individual requirements of our customers.
RELIABLE ALUMINIUM CONNECTING ELEMENTS IN THE WING AREA
In addition to the machining of solid material, one of our core competencies is the machining of semi-finished forged products when very high loads require a continuous elongated grain direction in the direction of the metal flow. This technology is used, for example, in our Torque Tubes, which connect the wing with the flaps.
PIVOT MOUNTS MADE OF HIGH-STRENGTH STEELS FOR THE WING AREA
Thanks to our high level of machining expertise and automated production, we can manufacture these parts quickly and cost-effectively. The brackets and rings, which are installed in the wing area, are manufactured by RO-RA from high-strength steel and thus offer a long-term and maintenance-free connection.

STATE-OF-THE-ART TECHNOLOGIES THANKS TO DIGITALIZATION & AUTOMATION
RO-RA develops, manufactures and qualifies single components as well as complete assemblies for the wings, tail and landing gear of aircraft. These parts are delivered to our customers already assembled. Together with our long-time partners we have established lean logistic processes, whereby the lead time for external surface coating have been reduced to a minimum in order to keep costs and delivery times as low as possible.
The HPC Wing product portfolio includes connectors, pivot point connections, sealing flanges and thrust joints.
