COMPLEX BRACKETS WITH EXACT TOLERANCES
The Complex Brackets are produced on our fully automated, round the clock, machining centers. In addition to aluminum and steel, we can also produce these components cost-effectively from titanium while maintaining the same high quality. We also have the ability to supply fully assembled components for direct assembly at the customer’s site.
Precision manufacturing of cranks and shafts for engines
As a result of achieving consistent high quality, we have experienced an increasing demand for the production of these single parts as well as complete assemblies from our customers in recent years, in order to minimize the throughput time in their assembly line. The high quality requirements for engine parts in combination with the complex materials is a segment in which we have specialized in the last years.
Machining know-how and quality for our customers
The experience gained in wing production helps us in the machining of rigid pipes in the engine area. On our machining centers these parts can be manufactured with high precision up to a diameter of 300mm.
High Precision Components with fast turnaround times and high quality
Bushings and pins are produced on our lathes with automatic raw material feed. For larger components, we use our turning/milling centers with main and counter spindle systems, where the 20-axis processes of the material are performed parallel until the finished parts are stored in the high-bay vertical warehouses via our automation cells.

Especially in the engine segment RO-RA is specialized in the cost effective machining of heat resistant steels and titanium alloys with a particularly high strength and hardness. Raw materials in ingot and bar, castings and forgings formats for engine parts can also be machined automatically with our state-of-the-art equipment. In addition to the production of crankshafts and bell cranks, we also manufacture brackets for the engine sector. Thanks to our many years of experience in assembly, we can supply our customers with both individual components and complete assemblies.
