Die zunehmende Komplexit\u00e4t moderner Flugzeuge erfordert fortschrittliche L\u00f6sungen und eine gesteigerte Fertigungskapazit\u00e4t. Mit diesem Ziel vor Augen haben wir uns im Oktober 2022 f\u00fcr die Beschaffung einer neuen HMP-R5 Rohrumformanlage entschieden.<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator][vc_column_text]Die F\u00e4higkeit, komplexe Entwicklungsprojekte abwickeln zu k\u00f6nnen, erfordert einen modernen Maschinenpark, welcher durch die neue Rohrumformanlage erg\u00e4nzt wurde. Die Maschine besitzt hydraulische Antriebe und Spannm\u00f6glichkeiten. Durch eine wesentliche Erh\u00f6hung der Parametervielfalt w\u00e4hrend der Umformung (Hammerbackenzustellung, Hammerbackenfrequenz, Spanndruck, Hammerbackenrotation, etc.) k\u00f6nnen wesentlich vielf\u00e4ltigere Geometrien hergestellt werden.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]<strong>Eines der ersten Neuprojekte, welches auf dieser Anlage umgesetzt wurde, ist die Umformung von Stahltubes f\u00fcr die Landeklappensteuerung eines Business Jet OEMS. <\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8220;1\/2&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8220;3260&#8243; img_size=&#8220;medium&#8220; alignment=&#8220;center&#8220;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8220;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]Die gr\u00f6\u00dften Herausforderungen waren bei diesem Projekt die Umformung von Stahl, welche auf der neuen Anlage nun auch wirtschaftlich realisiert werden kann, und die aufwendige Geometrie mit einer gro\u00dfen umgeformten L\u00e4nge, sowie einem sehr hohen Umformgrad.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Gem\u00e4\u00df unserer Markenwerte pr\u00e4zise, konstruktiv und individuell wollen wir unsere F\u00e4higkeiten auf der Anlage zuk\u00fcnftig noch weiter ausreizen und noch komplexere Produkte herstellen. Mit einer Anpassung der Hammerbackenrotation besteht die M\u00f6glichkeit vierkant Profile auf die Rohre zu kneten, wodurch Fork-Ends direkt integriert werden k\u00f6nnen. Bei beengten Platzverh\u00e4ltnissen im Flugzeug kann mit dem Einstichverfahren an genau den richtigen Stellen das Material umgeformt werden. F\u00fcr viele Strukturanwendungen ist es notwendig, dass Fixed Ends (nicht verstellbare Anschlussenden) verbaut werden.
